Singaporeans in Russia who require urgent consular assistance after office hours can call the Embassy at +7 499-241-3702 during office hours; or the Embassy's 24-hour duty handphone at +7 906-009-0069 after office hours.
Assistance can also be sought from Singapore Ministry of Foreign Affairs Duty Office at +65 6379-8000.

General enquiries
The Singapore Embassy in Moscow is open from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm and from 2.00 pm to 5.30 pm from Monday to Friday. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, Russian Public holidays and Singapore's National Day (9 August).
