The Immigration and Checkpoints Authority of Singapore (ICA) does not support nor endorse immigration consultancy services offered by commercial entities or consultants who claim that they are able to help applicants improve their success in obtaining long-term immigration facilities in Singapore. AVAs charge a service fee in addition to the visa application processing fee of $30 SGD (payable in RUB)
